2023 Assessment Notice
Notice is hereby given that the Local Board of Appeal and Equalization for the City of Dellwood shall meet on Monday April 11, 2022 at 5:00 p.m. The purpose of this meeting is to determine whether property in the jurisdiction has been properly valued and classified by the assessor.

Washington County CARH Program
The Washington County Community Development Agency is administrating a relief program for homeowners: the Crisis Assistance Relief for Homeownership Program (CARH). This program was funded through the CARES-Act via Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds that were allocated to Washington County.
